Dusk

When the sun paves way for the moon to sail,

And the stars follow the procession like a tail,

When the sky sings lullaby to the advent of dusk,

And the lush, green garden smells of musk,

When the wind indulges my hair into a rape,

And your cold hand trickles on my nape,

At that moment I’ll light a candle and two,

One for me and one for you,

And when the warmth will press on our nerves,

Solitude will whisper the love we deserve.
